# Shipping Policy

## Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide from our distribution centers. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

## Shipping Rates

**Australia (Domestic)**
- Standard Shipping: FREE on orders over $35
- Standard Shipping (under $35): $6.95
- Express Shipping: $12.95
- Delivery time: 5-10 business days (standard), 2-5 business days (express)

**International**
- Standard International: $14.95 (FREE on orders over $75)
- Delivery time: 10-20 business days
- Express International: $24.95
- Delivery time: 5-10 business days

**Note:** International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

## Processing Time

- Orders placed before 2 PM AEST: processed same business day
- Orders placed after 2 PM AEST: processed next business day
- Weekend/holiday orders: processed next business day

## Tracking

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

## Delivery Issues

**Lost Packages:** If your tracking shows no movement for 14 days (domestic) or 21 days (international), contact us and we'll investigate.

**Damaged Packages:** Take photos of the damaged packaging and items, then email us at **dave@chancelogistics.com.au** within 48 hours of delivery.

**Wrong Address:** Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
