**30-Day Returns**
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility

**Faulty or Damaged Items**
- We replace faulty items free of charge
- Send photos within 48 hours of delivery

**Refunds**
- Processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
- Original payment method will be refunded

**Exceptions**
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless faulty)
